Important Information
  • Copy of CNIC is required.
  • NOC from Excise Department is required for all functions falling under the head “Entertainment”. NOC from DC (East) or police station if required will be provided by the applicant.
  • Without NOC the show will not be Allowed to take place.
  • All payments must be made 100% in advance at the time of booking. Payments can be made via cash, cross-cheque, or online payment methods (details of which will be provided
    upon request)
  • The hall is a no-smoking area.
  • The security deposit will be refunded after deducting any additional charges 10 days after the event via cross-check.
  • Electricity charges for lights, hangers, fairy lights, freezers, additional fans, or any other equipment will be calculated separately and deducted from the security deposit.
  • The closing time is 11:00 PM, as per government regulations.
  • Rangoonwala Trust and its Staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables during or after the event, either inside or outside the premises.
  • Electrical appliances such as AC, Fridge, Ice Cream/Coffee Machines, etc. will be charged as per their wattage consumption:
    – 1000-4000 watts: PKR 500
    – 4001-7000 watts: PKR 1,000
